Shane P. Benson

Shane’s dream ever since he was a young man was to become an attorney like his parents. Now, with his first year under his belt, his dream has become a reality.

Shane graduated from Capital University Law School in May of 2021 and has been working diligently for his clients ever since he passed the Bar. Prior to Shane’s graduation, he has worked as a law clerk for a number of years, learning the ins and outs of the legal profession.

During his first year, Shane has worked on a number of matters including: speeding tickets, judicial releases, expungements, and various civil litigation disputes. As someone who grew up around the profession, Shane understands the needs and demands of his clients and expects nothing short of the best from himself.

When he is not in the office, Shane loves to workout, read, spend time with friends, and play with his beloved dog, Gracie.
